Position Overview:
The Quality Consultant is responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance of the processes within CHM and its associated entities. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive quality and compliance initiatives forward. Additionally, a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Identify and assess potential risks related to quality and compliance.
- Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company, federal, state, and local business requirements.
- Enforce compliance measures and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Complete all relevant requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Adhere to ISO standards and ensure organizational compliance.
- Ensure all staff members are compliant with relevant annual activities.
- Support training initiatives to enhance staff knowledge and compliance.
- Maintain current, properly stored, and shared documentation.
- Update policies and procedures, ensuring comprehension and adherence among team members.
- Assist in creating complaint management processes, guidelines, and procedures.
- Manage feedback mechanisms to ensure a closed feedback loop and drive continuous improvement.
- Report changes, risks, and issues to management in a timely manner.
Audit Support and Process Improvement:
- Support the successful completion of ISO and other audits as required.
- Assist in improving organizational processes through proactive analysis and recommendations.
- Govern all procedure documentation, including format, review frequency, and approval processes.
- Support the CHM team in delivering a comprehensive Quality Management System.
Quality Assurance and Customer Service:
- Conduct quality assurance activities across the business, which may include site visits.
- Assist in building a customer service framework to enhance overall service delivery.
- Develop a communication plan and strategy to raise awareness of business processes and minimize risks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding quality and risk management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Healthcare Management, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in quality management, compliance, and risk mitigation within the corporate health sector.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Certification in quality management is desirable.
