An exciting role with unique responsibilities
The Group Governance Support Officer will be responsible for the evolving Governance needs of the Monash IVF Group business through researching regulatory frameworks in new geographical or regulatory areas, overseeing the development and implementation of Group Policies and the development of LMS modules pertaining to Quality and Risk Management.
The key responsibilities of the position will include:
- Providing support to the Chief Governance & Risk Manager and local Quality Teams
- Accelerating the development and implementation of Group Policies and facilitating their effective local implementation, including ESG
- Data management of Quality metrics, including reporting of Group Key Performance Indicators,
- Acting as an advisory / service department to research and interpret regulatory frameworks relevant to the evolving strategic objectives and projects.
- Managing the administration and development of Group Risk Management systems.
