AddressCurrently our Sydney office is recruiting for a Quality Supervisor role to work within a leading supplier of dairy products for a number of customers including service companies and leading retail chains. The business is currently in a stage of growth and seeking switched on QA candidates that can grow alongside the business.
Your duties will include:
- Managing a team to provide leadership and assign tasks
- Lead QA and Continuous Improvement projects
- Training staff on HACCP, production quality check and quality requirements
- Root cause analysis and closing out issues
- Production walks to ensure high quality standards are being adhered to
- QMS maintenance – review and update
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline
- Previous experience in supervisor role is highly advantageous
- Previous experience within food manufacturing or distribution
- Knowledge of HACCP/GMP
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent computers skills
- Be able to deal effectively with pressure and day to day challenges
