Form of work-Research -Risk Management -Monitoring of Trading Strategies -Monitoring of Capital Usage -Reconciliation between back test, paper trading and production trading -Reconciliation between Finance P&L and Trading P&L -Identifying and addressing any issues observed within the Trading Desk-Develop high-performance trading software systems-Monitor the performance of software systems and trading algorithms-Unit testing, integration testing and feature testing codebase to identify and rectify bugs-Automate processes for increased performance and efficiency-Ensure a high quality of quantitative research, technical development and product delivery through statistical modelling and machine learning-Maintain internal documentation for programs and operational procedures-Collaborate with other teams across Tibra to share knowledge and assist with making trading strategies more systematic and research drivenCarry out any other Trading related requests from Team Leader or Head of Trading Desk. Experience & Skills:-High level of technical competency-High level of quantitative skills-Development experience – preferably in C++ or PythonQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or
Higher, preferably in one of the following disciplines (or similar):
- Computer Science & Software Engineering
- Electrical, Computer & Telecommunications Engineering
- Mathematics & Applied Statistics
