Therefore, this consultancy is seeking to employ a driven Quantity Surveyor that is seeking the next step in their career. You will be mentored in order to step into a Senior Quantity Surveying role.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all QS work such as measurement, Cost planning, etc. You’ll need to work within a team of Quantity Surveyors in order to ensure that timeframes and budgets are met. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to the Senior team.
DUTIES.
- Manage clients and other stakeholders
- Responsible for variations and progress claims
- Conduct Contracts Administration services
- Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/ pre-tender estimates
