Building Surveyor to become a senior member of its Building team, working collaboratively with a diverse and engaged group of staff to create “a healthy, safe and compliant community”.The successful applicant will possess the following essential criteria:
- Extensive experience as a registered Level 1 or Level 2 Building Surveying Practitioner.
- Demonstrable experience in conducting site inspections and dealing with building proposals of a complex nature.
- Extensive knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to the building and development processes.
- Highly developed communication skills, suitable for communicating complex issues to a diverse audience.
