- Can you lead and motivate a small team of quarry workers and sub-contractors to work safely, productively, make sensible decisions and participate as a team to get the best efficiencies out of the quarry resource and the quarry equipment?
- Are you safety conscious and confident to contribute to a positive safety culture, ensure procedures are followed and documented?
- Do you always strive to improve the production process and the quality of materials produced?
- Can you provide positive recognition to good performers and good outcomes and alternatively constructively recognise and manage outcomes and performances that do not benefit the business?
- Are you hands-on, lead by example and have the ability to prioritise and understand timeframes and deadlines?
- Can you plan and carry out maintenance, manage employees' work hours and strive to keep the costs down?
- Have you had greater than 5 years hands-on experience working in a quarry and have obtained certification on different types of plant and equipment, health and safety and risk management systems and understand TMR quarry product specifications?
- Do you have Cert IV or a Diploma in Surface Extraction Operations/Management?
