About the Role
The position is primarily responsible for managing a team of Security Officers delivering services in accordance with contractual requirements. In this role you will:
- Manage stakeholder and client relations
- Respond to client enquiries and attend client meetings
- Collect, collate and interpret data and compile reports for management
- Manage the security personnel team
- Maintain training programs for personnel
Skills & Experience
- QLD driver's licence
- QLD Security Licence - unarmed security officer as a minimum
- Current AGSVA Baselinne clearance (or higher)
- Experience supervising or managing small teams
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
