As a key part of our Operations Support team, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and to ensure service requests and associated activities are coordinated efficiently.
- Key Liaison with Operations Leaders and State Manager and Site Technicians
- Managing customer service requests & enquiries.
- Coordinate service requests to technicians and parts allocation.
- Raise purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Coordinate scheduled preventative servicing and maintenance.
This role will be on-site at Laverton, Monday to Friday with a start time between 7:30am and 8am.
About You:
- Previous experience working within a similar heavy machinery or equipment industry.
- Experience within anadministration / coordination position.
- Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, colleagues, and leaders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and MS Suite knowledge.
