AddressPICA Group are now looking for a Strata Manager to join our BCS Gosford Branch. You will be managing a portfolio of residential buildings.
Your duties will include the following:
- Maintain a portfolio of buildings, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all things strata
- Facilitate and attend AGM and other meetings and provide advice as required
- Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
- Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws
- Maintain insurance and coordinate repairs and maintenance and building compliance requirements
- Effectively complete tasks within the strata operations workflow
- Utilise systems and databases to create and/or manage documentation
- Access to an assistant to help with administrative duties
About you:
- You have at least 5 years experience in customer services and/or administration, and place a high importance on effective communication. You are great at building relationships, look for win/win solutions and love turning detractors into promoters.
- You get things done, taking action and delivering on commitments. You love achieving your goals and celebrating yours (and other’s) success.
- You can understand the basics – Microsoft Office, and have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
