Real Estate Administrator (Entry Level)

We're looking to add another superstar to our team of winners, so let's get into it!

We're seeking someone who can support our busy Property Management team by assisting them with their day-to-day responsibilities. For you, this could be assisting potential tenants with their rental applications and processing those applications against properties, assisting with the completion of inspections as tenants move in and out of their homes, following up trades in relation to maintenance, handling calls and emails, preparing tenancy agreements, data entry, covering reception, and a whole lot more! In property management, no two days are the same!

A real team player, with a keen interest in REAL ESTATE. We're looking for a go-getter, with a positive, can-do attitude. You've got to be driven, and you've got to want more than ‘just another admin job’. You've got to love a challenge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We're ideally seeking someone who wants to start in an entry-level position, be trained by the best, and move up the ranks! At Elders Burnie, we're big on career development!

• Drivers Licence
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• To be tech savvy - we use many systems on a daily basis
• Customer service & admin experience are beneficial, but not essential, we can teach you! 

If successful, you will be required to obtain your Property Representatives Licence as soon as possible, and complete a Cert IV in Real Estate Practice, the cost of which is covered by us!
