Property Inspector
Primary Aim of Position:
- To provide a high level of support to the Property Management Department
- To provide an exceptional level of service to clients in their dealings with the organisation
- To ensure accuracy, consistency and punctuality in all work produced
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- organising and conducting routine inspections
- organising and conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- handling maintenance queries, troubleshooting issues and organising trades as required
- accurate typing & data entry
- maintaining and filing documentation
Some general administration support and assisting other team members will also be required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Certificate III or higher in Property Services is preferred (The successful applicant will be required to enrol and complete a Certificate III in Property Services and obtain licensing if they do not already hold this qualification)
- High level of customer service skills is essential - experience in a customer facing role (reception, retail or hospitality)
- Corporate presentation & dress
- Good level of computer literacy, familiar with the Microsoft suite of products
- High level of data entry accuracy
- Driver's licence is required
Sales Associate to Ryan Smith
Primary Aim of Position:
- To prospect and generate leads for Team Smith
- To provide an exceptional level of service to clients in their dealings with the organisation
- To ensure accuracy, consistency and punctuality in all work produced
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- prospect and source listing opportunities
- prepare and deliver pre-listing kits & research and attend property appraisals
- manage buyer enquiries via phone and email & manage buyer buyer database
- assist at all open homes and conduct private inspections
- call open home attendees and produce vendor reports
Some general administration support and assisting other team members will also be required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Certificate IV or higher in Property Services is preferred (The successful applicant will be required to enrol and complete a Certificate IV in Property Services and obtain licensing if they do not already hold this qualification)
Sales experience is desirable
