So what’s the role?
In this full-time role, you will find yourself working closely with the project team, providing support in project and workflow management.
Daily activities of the role:
- Undertake benchmarking of comparable projects - compile information on financial and non-financial performance, pricing, key success factors, size of market, customer profile, etc.
- Collate market information including transaction evidence, market performance and demographic profiles.
- Summarise findings from research and identify relevant takeaways with supporting visual aids and images.
- Provide input to the creation of marketing collateral.
- Review and assist with preparation of financial and development feasibility models.
- Help coordinate and attend meetings and workshops.
- Assist in the preparation of submissions / fee proposals.
- Assist with client communication including providing project and transaction progress updates.
- Provide project administration support including monitoring project progress and profitability using project management software.
This role provides exposure to a wide range of property projects and the opportunity to develop a diverse skill set.
Must haves:
- Ability to work autonomously, with a desire to make the role your own.
- A commitment to excellence with good organisational skills.
- An intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
- Enjoy managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
Candidates with qualifications in any of the following disciplines will be highly regarded:
- Property
- Architecture / Town Planning / Urban Design
This role is suitable for new graduates or candidates with 1 - 2 years experience in the property industry.
