AddressBelle Property Newcastle has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Cadet to work closely with a high performing agent to develop your skills and expertise in Real Estate.
We are looking for a motivated, determined and charismatic professional looking for the opportunity to open the door into an exciting Real Estate career by learning from the best! You'll work with a high performance team selling over 100 properties per year. You will have the opportunity to access ongoing professional development and in-house coaching to help you become a pro in the industry.

Job tasks and responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential clients in assigned territories
- Confidently and efficiently perform door knocking in assigned areas
- Consistently achieve a high level of leads for the agent you represent
- Schedule and confirm appointments with customers for your agent
- Process incoming leads via the internet, incoming calls, email marketing, direct mail, social media, print ads, etc.
- Verify, update and maintain your agent’s database
- Help your agent with client and buyer care, open homes, inspections and sales processes where needed
- Meet personal and team KPIs
- Attend regular coaching and training sessions
- Saturday and after hours work is required
- Previous experience in Real Estate is not necessary
- Have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and drivers license
- Be immaculately presented and well groomed
- Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
