Job Role Includes;
- Managing property maintenance
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Following up on rental arrears
- Performing regular property inspections
- Facilitating communication between tenants and landlords
- Managing data entry for all properties under your purview
- Staying up-to-date with and adhering to current Property Management legislation
- Maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants
- Handling the day-to-day activities associated with managing a property portfolio
- Booking and conducting rental viewings
- Responding to emails, phone calls, and conducting follow-ups
Requirements:
- Willingness to obtain a QLD Registration Certificate OR Certificate IV in Real Estate Practices before legally working in the industry (if not already qualified)
- Current QLD Driver's License
