Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile Real Estate Operations Administrator who is eager to handle various responsibilities across property management, sales administration, and personal assistance. This role is perfect for individuals who are bored with their current job, especially if you are stuck in property management and are seeking to diversify their role in the Real Estate industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Property Management Assistance:
- Manage repairs and maintenance coordination.
- Handle leases, renewals, routine/final inspections PCR's.
- Process tenancy applications and perform invoice entry.
- No leasing / No BDM / No Trust Accounting
Sales Administration:
- Support the Director with a focus on client management and seller call backs.
- Assist with meeting service providers at properties.
- Correspond with vendor & buyers during the listing/sale process
- Prepare property files and manage diary entries.
- Provide exceptional after-sale service to maintain and enhance client relationships.
Personal Assistant to the CEO:
- Assist with scheduling, email management, and other personal administrative tasks.
General Administration:
- Contribute to overall office administration to ensure smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in property management & Real Estate admin preferred, but not essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exposure to Rex CRM & Google Suite would be a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must possess a valid WA driver’s license.
- Unrestricted and/or PM Registration or currently completing is highly desirable.
- Caring, eye for detail, enjoys a fun collaborative work environment
