Successful Strata Managers will be rewarded with a remuneration package including but not limited to:

Our Strata Managers are responsible for mixed residential and commercial strata portfolios and the duties include:
- Scheduling, attending and chairing all AGM's for your Strata Companies.
- Liaising with the Council of Owners, Owners, and Property Managers to cultivate good relations and ensure all expectations are being met.
- Following maintenance contracts through from start to finish and liaising with contractors to ensure this is done in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintaining and updating knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and other current legislation to ensure correct advice is provided to clients.
