Our team of researchers lead key internationally competitive research from molecules to medicines, from patient to policy across a range of therapeutic areas.The Senior Clinical, Service and Research Implementation Officer has the primary function of working with a research team to oversee the successful implementation of a new technology, the Florence Platform, in service settings across Sydney Local Health District.Your key responsibilities will be to:develop implementation plansoversee and work directly with the project team to assist with implementation and evaluation of the Platform into the serviceprovide sound, strategic advice and support to the development and implementation of the ongoing research project as it specifically relates to implementationmanage key stakeholder relationships, events and communicationsundertake ad-hoc activities related to implementation and evaluation.About youexperience in clinical service management and supporting clinical teams through change or implementing complex clinical/service programsexperience managing a diverse group of key internal/external stakeholders on large or complex projectsability to work both independently and as a part of a team, taking initiative and exercising sound judgement in resolving matters that may arise as part of normal workrelevant tertiary qualifications in health care (e.g. nursing, medicine, allied health, health sciences) or an equivalent combination of training and experienceproven ability to handle ambiguity, excellent time, and workload management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively, manage work across multiple.To keep our community safe, please be aware of our which form our conditions of entry for all staff, students and visitors coming to campus.Sponsorship / work rights for AustraliaPlease note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
