Part Time Hse Advisor - 2 Days A Week - 16 Hours

With more than 15 years of experience, our client is a leader in building commercial projects from concept through to completion. Our client is established in South Sydney and delivers projects across Sydney, valued up to $4M.Due to organic growth and their continued success, our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis.Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
• Ensure legislation is adhered to
• Provide training & advice to team members and subcontractors
• Conduct reviews and risk analysis
• Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
• Incident investigation and reporting

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
• 2+ years in an HSE role within the construction industry
• Previous experience working on refurbishment/fit-out projects
• Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential
• Strong understanding of the latest OH&S legislation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
• Excellent communication skills & problem-solving skills
