An exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join in this newly created role managing 110 properties in one building owned by one client with more properties coming on over the next 12-18 months

What we're looking for:
- Someone who is driven, confidently presented, professional and customer orientated we want to hear from you
- Ideally you are residing locally and have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Property Manager
- Have a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Have your own car and drivers license
Responsibilities include:
- Tasks including maintenance requests, inspections, client communication and tenant management.
- All day to day property management administration duties
- Client relationship nurturing
- Working closely with the sales agents to nurture our clients
