AddressCentury 21 Advantage Wentworthville is looking for a reliable and hard-working Property Officer that wants to progress their career in Real Estate. Our office is full of positive energy, proactive and career / results driven staff that support each other and provide the highest standard of Real Estate for our clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Property Management team assisting them with their daily tasks and ensuring a smooth handover to the Property Management team.
The Role Will Include (but not limited to):
- Ingoing, Routine and Outgoing Inspections.
- Negotiating Lease Renewals & Rental Increases.
- Open Houses, Tenant Inspections and Private Inspections.
- Tenant selection and processing applications.
- Ad hoc duties as required by Property Management team.
- Phone and Email Enquiries.
- Property Marketing.
- Preparation of Lease and Bond Documents.
- Strong customer service skills and landlord / tenant communication.
About You:
- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
- Current Australia Driver Licence (company car will be provided).
- Have strong self-management and organisational abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Must be confident & have good communication skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays, with one day off during the week including Sunday.
- No experience necessary.
