Business Development Manager - Luxury Real Estate

Our client is a Luxury Real Estate Business in Sydney, known for delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.They have created a variety of different services to offer to their clients by understanding their needs and filling those gaps in the market. They are looking to grow their high-skilled team and recruit a Business Development Manager to grow their portfolio in North Sydney. 

As the Business Development Manager,  you will play a key role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships.

 Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and converting new business opportunities through various channels
• Providing expert advice on property valuation and rental return estimates
• Building and nurturing new /existing customer relationships 
• Analysing sales data to target potential clients effectively

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in Real Estate or in a similar environment
• Strong desire to achieve goals and have the ability to self-motivate
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
• Real Estate Registration (Desired Not Required) 
• Ability to generate new business (B2C /B2B)
