The Role:
We are looking for someone to be the face and voice of a top-performing team! This is a fast-paced role that will see your days fly by.  On a day to day basis you will be responsible for: 

  Job Description:

  • Answering the phone
  • Greeting customers
  • Responding & directing emails
  • Office maintenance
  • Ordering supplies
  • Admin & sales support to agents
  • Admin & support to the PM’s
Requirements:
  • Professional appearance & presentation
  • Happy and positive
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficient with computers
  • Ability to organise, multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure in a stressful and fast paced environment.
  • Agents Certificate of Registration is favored but not essential.
