We are looking for someone to be the face and voice of a top-performing team! This is a fast-paced role that will see your days fly by. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
Job Description:
- Answering the phone
- Greeting customers
- Responding & directing emails
- Office maintenance
- Ordering supplies
- Admin & sales support to agents
- Admin & support to the PM’s
- Professional appearance & presentation
- Happy and positive
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good time management skills
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to organise, multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure in a stressful and fast paced environment.
- Agents Certificate of Registration is favored but not essential.
- Paying up to $65k +
- Monday - Friday, no weekend work!
