Your responsibilities include:
- Lead generations including targeted marketing campaigns
- Attend property appraisals with experienced market knowledge
- To be driven by ethical values
- Conduct open houses and provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process
- Liaise with solicitors/conveyancers throughout the sales process from marketing to exchange to completion
Requirements:
- You must have a Real Estate licence issued by NSW Fair Trading
- You must have a NSW Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- A proven track record of sales success in residential Real Estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
