Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting lead agents in private sale and auction campaigns.
- Conducting Open Home Inspections & Private Inspections.
- Communicating with buyers and vendors throughout the selling process.
- Generating new business through door knocking and phone canvassing.
- Attending client appointments and handling general duties as assigned.
- Maintaining exceptional personal presentation and organizational skills.
Our successful candidate will have:
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Great energy with strong people skills.
- An Agent Representative Certificate.
- A clear police record check.
- A well-maintained and clean car with a valid driver's license.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
This is a full-time position with flexible workdays from Monday to Saturday (one half day off during the week). Our ideal candidate is someone who aspires to grow into a full salesperson role with our support and mentorship.
