A fantastic and unique opportunity has become available in one of Brisbane’s most regarded Real Estate offices, and if you’re looking to make your mark on the Real Estate industry as an exceptional administrator, this is your opportunity.
The role covers all aspects of property Sales Administration & Marketing from pre list to settlement and requires you to be organized, friendly, supportive, adaptable, reliable, and have excellent communication & time management skills.
Located in Paddington, you will be surrounded by some of the best cafes, restaurants, and designer shops that Brisbane has to offer.
The role is Mon - Fri 8.30 - 5pm, with a requirement to attend and assist with our In Room Auctions once a month (after hours).
Key Accountabilities
- Provide professional communication to clients & staff to ensure a positive experience with every point of contact;
- Manage the administration of all sales listing/contract documents, ensuring their compliance
- Coordinate all admin duties and correspondence with absolute accuracy;
- Assist with preparing and editing various documents, marketing collateral, reports and presentations;
- Organising and preparing all processes relating to property marketing;
- Responsible for the preparation, coordination and attendance of our monthly In Room Auctions;
- Ad hoc administration duties
About You
- Hold a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate;
- Experienced Real Estate Administrator with at least 1 year in a similar role;
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
- Highly organised with the ability to multi task and prioritise;
- Proficient in working with Google Suite;
- Experience with Ray White systems and programs (an advantage);
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow up skills;
- Switched-on, articulate, and a strong work ethic.
