- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional time management skills
- A willingness to go above and beyond in supporting the team and meeting objectives
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Real estate registration certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional communication skills and a polished phone manner
- Strong self-discipline & self-motivation
- Attention to detail with the ability to learn at a fast pace
Your Role Includes (but is not limited to):
- Accurate database management and entries
- Filing, photocopying, scanning
- General document management and preparation
- Utilising Real Estate software
- Property listing and appraisal preparation
- Creation of marketing materials
Availability:
- Full-time - 8.30 AM to 5 PM | Monday to Friday
