Real Estate Sales Administrator

Your role will consist of:

• Sales support to a team of high-performing sales executives 
• Preparation of listing documents & property files
• Preparation of sales contracts
• Assisting with advertising properties for sale online & print media
• Responding to correspondence
• Providing all aspects of support to the sales team
• Providing support & training where required to junior administrators 

Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge to manage listings & contracts process. Industry experience a must for this role
• Experience with Microsoft applications, Realworks, Pricefinder, Vault and quick to learn C.R.M. systems
• Corporately presented
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines & prioritize
• A strong passion to expand your Real Estate knowledge and experience
• You will need your current Real Estate Certificate
• Previous Real Estate Sales administration experience
