The Role
- Immediate start if required
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Process and facilitate listings and sales contracts- with attention to detail, on time, every time
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, settlement agents, financiers, and other stakeholders
- Manage marketing and advertising
- Trust accounting for sales funds and daily reconciliations
- Maintaining sales files and data on the CRM
- Assist with sales meetings and sales reporting
- General office admin tasks as required
- Be the business's customer interface/ and reception as needed
The Candidate

- The ability to learn new systems and software quickly such as Agent Box, Air Table (but not limited to).
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Organised and independent, strong work ethic, customer service focus, social media guru, can-do attitude
- Excellent phone manner and written communication skills.
- Immaculate personal presentation with an outgoing and friendly persona.
- Ability to think on your feet while multi-tasking, prioritising, and working to strict deadlines.
- A proactive ‘can do' attitude/approach is essential.
- Real Estate or property experience is a must, however, would consider alternative experiences if the right candidate presents.
