An opportunity is now available for a professional, enthusiastic individual, who has exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisation and time management skills, to support their sales team in all aspects of Sales and Contract Administration. An understanding of property contracts with experience in Real Estate, Conveyancing or Contract Administration is essential to be successful in this role.

- Prepare and process Agency agreements and sales contracts
- Answer phone calls and greet clients and visitors to the office with the utmost professionalism
- Co-ordinating digital advertising campaigns including copywriting and proof reading
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, brokers, conveyancers and suppliers
- Supporting the Sales team with general administration tasks as required
- Diligent database management including updating, recording and maintaining records
- A sound understanding of the property industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in Real Estate, property and/or conveyancing
- High level computer skills, with a knowledge of Real Estate specific software ie; Agent Box or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-focused with a high level of organization and time management skills
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Real Estate Licence is preferable but not essential for this role
