Q State Properties was established in 2014, In the wake of our continued growth this year we are expanding and looking for Sales Agent AND a Sales Associate to join our team. We are based in Beaudesert in the Scenic Rim however you will have the flexibility to work from the office or home as needed, you will not be confined to one set area.
As an experienced agent we know you don’t want to be micro-managed, we are not this type of agency, in return we don't wish to just be a temporary stepping stone on your career ladder. We want to work with you building our vision for prosperous years to come, building a successful sales department to be committed to.
As an agency we are highly committed to continuous improvement, we regularly invest in training, seminars and conferences for all team members to ensure best practice at all times, to always be increasing our knowledge, bettering ourselves and lifting our industry.
To be successful, you will need to be:
- Skilled in nurturing client relationships and generating listings
- Strong in people skills with excellent communication
- Self motivated to work individually and the ability to work as a team
- Able to lead and influence in order to achieve outstanding results
- Proactive about building a database
- A genuine drive to succeed
- Have high personal integrity
- Able to work flexible times to maximise sales
- Real estate experience preferred and highly regarded
