Real Estate Sales Cadet - Coronis Chermside

THE ROLE:As a Real Estate Sales Cadet, you have a similar role to a Real Estate Sales Agent. You will support many elite agents and learn from the best. Over time you will have the opportunity to grow into a Real Estate Agent yourself.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Arrange and attend building and pest inspections,Arrange and attend valuations,Prospecting for sales, property management, finance and conveyancing leads,Deliver DL's,Put up open for inspection times magnets and sold magnets,Pick up keys from other Coronis agencies,Office banking and mailing daily,General deliveries,Attend training when required. ABOUT YOU:The successful candidate will have:Sales and retail experience,Strong communication skills,A willingness to accept feedback and tackle challenges. A current drivers license,Hold or enrolled in a current Real Estate certificate/course.
