The Position:
Working with this highly supportive, friendly and collaborative team you will be constantly busy and be responsible for assisting with all customer enquiries via phone and email. Demonstrate your high level customer focus through your professional solution based phone skills.
This role will be offered on a temporary basis 3 days per week. This is 9-5pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
**Must have BOTH a current employee Working With Children's Check and Police Check **
The Responsibilities:
- Provide positive and proactive reception service
- General administration duties
- Provide product and service information
- Maintaining customer and service records
- Other duties as required
To be successful for this position you will ideally possess strong proven experience within a similar role, preferable with knowledge in a service sector
Showcase your Microsoft Office skills maintaining spreadsheets.
Engage clients and stakeholders with your amazing interpersonal, phone manner and solution focused approach.
Your proactive can do attitude will be rewarded by competitive rates,
Your ability to effectively problem solve and work within a fast-paced environment will be essential.
