The Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Pacific Sleep team as a Reception and Client Support Officer. There are both full time and part time positions available.
We are looking for an energetic, efficient and professional individuals to join our centre as Client Support. This role involves managing the client experience at the front desk, and includes greeting clients, answering phone calls, and managing a range of administrative tasks.
The role is based in Gosford. The right candidate will also be able to work in our Toukley clinic and to cover our other team members from time to time.

Essential criteria:
- Demonstrated ability and experience in an administrative and/or customer service role within a fast paced, client focused environment will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to manage a busy reception environment, including multiple phone lines, and multitasking.
- Exceptional computer skills across multiple applications.
- Clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Experience with medical and/or accounting software would be a plus.
- Collaborative and flexible approach; desire to be part of a team.
- Ability to liaise with persons of varied backgrounds.
- Australian citizen or resident.
- Current driver's licence.
