About the role
We are seeking a dedicated person for our Reception and Program Administrationposition! You will provide reception, initial client assessment and allocations to the appropriate service areas or referrals to other external services and provide administrative support.
Responsibilities include
- Professionally manage visitors in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
- Screen incoming calls and assess client's needs to take appropriate actions and manage enquiries effectively
- Complete general office administration tasks in accurate timely manner in accordance with policy and procedures
- Assist WH & S administrator in following up site safety requirements
- Distribute publications regarding other services to clients efficiently and accurately
This is a permanent full-time position, based in Frankston and Rosebud, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 2 Award.
What you will have
- Relevant Business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration
- Demonstrate experience in Reception/Administration responsibilities
- Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel and familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems preferred
- Victorian Driver's Licence
