This role is responsible for undertaking general reception, administrative and office support duties for the State office, in a professional, efficient and proactive manner.
The receptionist is generally the first point of contact with residents, clients, their families and visitors and as such, this hybrid role is crucial for maintaining an efficient and welcoming front office environment while also supporting our marketing and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for marketing and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all visitors are greeted warmly and directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including writing copy for brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate customer and prospect information.
- Assist in creating and distributing internal communications, such as company newsletters and announcements.
- Monitor and update the company’s social media accounts, ensuring timely and engaging content.
This role requires a versatile individual capable of balancing administrative duties with marketing and communications tasks to support the overall goals of the organisation.
