Duties
Working in a small office environment, the role covers abroad range of duties from Reception and Admin tasks that involve handling phone calls, greeting visitors, mail, cash handling and petty cash, banking, order processing & order compiling.
Accounts functions include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations using MYOB.
Candidate
The successful candidate may have previous relevant experience and be looking to return to the workforce in a family friendly environment that understands school children responsibilities.
Ultimately you will possess attention to detail and be capable of working without close supervision with a high degree of initiative.
A team player attitude, supported by well-developed interpersonal / communication skills, as you will be dealing with a wide range of people.
An hourly rate is negotiable and will be based on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
