About Frontline Merchandising Group (FMG)

Frontline Merchandising Group designs, produces and imports custom made merchandise (promotional products) for a range of high profile national and international brands. We specialize in custom merchandise, corporate apparel, luxury bedding, displays; through to print and packaging. 

About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper to work part time hours, Approx 20-25 hour per week, over 2 to 3 days. This is an onsite and remote work from home role. 

Duties will include

• Weekly Payroll, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as superannuation, payroll tax, and Workcover lodgment.
• Data Entry into MYOB accounting system including Job Tracking
• Daily Debtors reporting
• Daily Debt collection
• Daily Invoicing
• Weekly report to the Manager 
• Preparation of Quarterly BAS
• Accounts receivable including EOM reconciliations.
• Bank Reconciliations
• Import Duty Claims
• International transaction and reports 
• Working with offshore team
• Generally Filing and administration work as required

Skills and Experience Required

• Immediate Start Available
• Qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role with exposure to general accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Proficiency with MYOB with on-the-job experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Flexible & adaptable. 
• Strong attention to detail.
• good communication skills; verbal and written.
• The ability to work autonomously and proactively demonstrate solutions-based initiative
