Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate motorcycle enthusiast to join our team in a part-time reception and general administration role. The successful candidate will assist with general reception duties and provide administrative support to our sales and freight teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Managing general reception duties and greeting visitors
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks
- Supporting the freight team with coordination and documentation
- Ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in motorcycles
- Strong communication skills and a comfortable phone presence
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential
