With over 35 staff, Freshwater Systems is recognised as the leading Water Treatment Company in South Australia servicing industries such as aged care, hospitals, schools, government sites, plumbing contractors, mining, general industry, commercial buildings, food & beverage, wastewater and agriculture/pastoral water supplies. We also have a large domestic Data base of clients whose filtration systems need to be serviced
We are actively looking for a full time, suitably experienced front of house receptionist to assist with Domestic Service Coordinating and working directly with our accounts department.
You must have a friendly, welcoming and outgoing personality to greet customers with a smile and provide an excellent customer service for our busy office.
MYOB experience preferred but not essential. Knowledge or use of scheduling platform IE. AROFLO would be advantageous
Position Description:
- Managing all incoming calls/redirecting to correct departments
- Front counter customer service and sales
- Maintain and keep the showroom/reception area clean and tidy.
- Develop strategies to expand the domestic and industrial filter change customers
- Invoicing for Sales department
- Assist Finance Manager with purchase orders, invoices and basic accounting.
- General filing
- Manage domestic technician’s scheduling
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Comply with the FWS Safety Management system
