The Role
Working at the front desk as the first point of contact, you will be responsible for setting the foundation for a positive customer experience. This position is diverse, with a mixture of reception and administrative duties to keep your day varied and interesting!
Your day to day duties will include:
- Meet and greet all visitors via phone and face to face, making them feel welcome
- Assist with office operations including IT and boardroom bookings
- Organise catering, couriers, post and stationary
- Maintain kitchen and meeting rooms
- Create supplier purchase orders
- Reconcile credit card payments and bank reconcilations
- Generate invoices and process payment runs
- Organise staff events and provide assistance to social club
- Data entry and general administration support to the wider team
What you will need to succeed?
- Experience in a similar reception/team/office administrator position within professional environment
- A bubbly, easy going approach with great organisational skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Enthusiastic and a "can-do" attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment with a willingness to jump in and help!
