Martin Middleton Oates Lawyers is a professional legal services business located in Mildura. Due to growth within the business, they are looking to add to their administrative support team.

Your Exciting New Role

You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your administration skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: mail processing, diary management; printing, photocopying, and scanning; filing and data entry; banking; reception duties, general office duties, and administration support. Full training and support will be provided. This is a full time position.

• Exceptional knowledge using Microsoft Outlook and Word;
• Well-developed communication skills both oral and written;
• Able to be independent and organised with excellent time management skills;
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Motivated and hard-working with a proactive approach to work;
• Client confidentiality, professionalism and presentation are a key requirement;
