Your Exciting New Role
You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your administration skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: mail processing, diary management; printing, photocopying, and scanning; filing and data entry; banking; reception duties, general office duties, and administration support. Full training and support will be provided. This is a full time position.
The Skills You Bring
- Exceptional knowledge using Microsoft Outlook and Word;
- Well-developed communication skills both oral and written;
- Able to be independent and organised with excellent time management skills;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Motivated and hard-working with a proactive approach to work;
- Client confidentiality, professionalism and presentation are a key requirement;
