Our client is a trusted business with over 30 years of Manufacturing Timber Boxes, Crates & Scrap Metal Recycling. There are currently seeking a friendly & organised Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in Croydon South.
This is an ONGOING Casual Role, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with the hope of going Permanent in the future for the right Candidate.
Being the first point of contact for their business partners and customers, the Receptionist/Administrator will be carrying out a variety of tasks including:
- Following company policies
- Being the face & voice of the company
- Answer & directing phone calls to correct personal.
- Customer service, including following up deliveries, order status and quotes.
- Liaising between customers & various staff members
- Daily Reporting
- Collation of sales pack for business development managers.
- Running errands for management
- General maintenance of Front of house
- Willingness to work & learn new skills.
- Payroll
To be successful Candidate you will need to:
- Be computer Savvy, Word, Excel & Outlook
- Competent in using MYOB EXO or other accounting programs.
- Friendly phone manner
- Well presented.
- Follow instructions & process paperwork.
- Current Drivers Licence
- Strong communication skills
It is vital that the receptionist demonstrates a professional and helpful telephone manner, is well presented and possesses excellent organisation and customer service skills. Proven experience in a Frontline Customer service role, or similar will be advantageous, and computer literacy is essential.
