• CLIENT CARE: Whatever it takes to do the best for our clients is what you do. You will be dedicated to customer service. If customers aren’t praising you daily, something will be wrong. 
• ENTHUSIASM: When you see our dedication, when you witness our skill (especially at negotiation) and when you feel how much we care about our clients – and our staff – you will be so enthusiastic to be the person at the front of our agency. 
• OFFICE SKILLS: You will be a do-it-all kind of person with an excellent computer skills and without a know-it-all attitude. What you don’t know, you will be eager learn. You will be the person upon whom our entire office will depend. Your skill and your commitment will help us succeed. We need you.
