Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Working within a fast-paced environment
- Managing incoming lines of enquiries over the phone and emails; directing calls to the correct contact and providing accurate information when possible to support enquiries
- Monitoring and maintaining data in a confidential manner
- Database and admin management
- Client contact and liaison on behalf of team as required
- General office admin and maintaining office cleanliness
- Organising couriers, stationary and any other office needs
- Ad-hoc admin support to the team
- Polished presentation, comfortable in a corporate environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Switched on with great initiative
- Minimum 2 years stable experience in a similar role
- Experience with Databases, Systems and MS Office Suite.
- Great attention to detail
- Organised and flexible approach to your working day
