Medical Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your responsibilities will include:Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients and other callers professionally and courteously.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling.
- Explain intake forms to new patients.
Administrative Tasks:- Manage medical records confidentially and efficiently.
- Handle internal emails and enquiries.
Collaboration:
- Work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Communicate with referring doctors and hospital staff courteously.
- Ensure accurate storage and retrieval of patient and practice records.
Confidentiality:
- Maintain patient personal and financial information confidentiality.
- Complete recalls and follow privacy protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (knowledge of medical software and Microsoft Office Suite).
Desired Traits:- Bubbly personality and ability to think on your feet.
