As the front desk receptionist, you'll be the initial point of contact for customers accessing VERTO services at our Orange office. You'll manage client flow, ensure excellent customer service, and support our employment services team in assisting candidates to secure sustainable employment with local employers. Your role significantly influences team performance and contributes to achieving our targets and outcomes.
About the role…This role will require you to:
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service
- First point of contact for clients & customers of VERTO
- Front desk reception duties
- Administrative duties
- Phone and counter customer service delivery
- Maintain facilities
- File management and archiving
- Highly developed communication skills and the ability to assist our clients and employers;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to thrive in a busy, rapidly changing environment;
- Great team work ethic;
- Good administrative skills and computer literacy
- Knowledge of employment or community services industry is desired but not essential.
- Current drivers license
