Q-Tox Narellan is looking for their first Receptionists! We are a boutique dedicated to cosmetic injections, and plastic surgery. We have partnered with some of Sydney’s most esteemed plastic surgeons offering surgical consultations for the face and body.
We are initially looking for someone to work on Sundays from 10-3pm with the view to give additional shifts should you be successful in this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling patient consultations;
- Managing all digital patient communication;
- Liaising with our surgical partners;
- Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently;
- Patient invoicing and receipting;
- Responding to phone and email enquiries from current and prospective clients;
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of the clinic, with multiple clinicians on site simultaneously.
To be successful for this position you will:
- Have previous experience working for an injectable, skin, laser or medical clinic in a similar role;
- Extensive knowledge of skin & injectables;
- Be self-motivated and able to work within a team as well as autonomously;
- Have high quality computer skills and work with our CRM;
- Have excellent interpersonal and educational skills;
- We look for longevity, someone who is committed and passionate, with immaculate presentation to grow with the business;
- Contributing to the Human Resources development of the Practice (e.g. Policies and Procedures);
- Implementation and management of weekly and monthly Practice reporting.
We require someone with unrestricted working rights within Australia. Only applicants for Sundays will be considered.
