Form of workAn exciting opportunity exists at Callaghan Motors Group for a Receptionist to join our growing team. With 7 manufacturers and a highly successful pre-owned car branch in our dealership you will play a vital role in providing top quality service to our valued customers.
As a receptionist at our dealership, your role is pivotal in providing a satisfying experience for our customers as you are the link between customers and every department within the dealership.
This position will be well suited to:
- Someone who has excellent customer service skills and is well presented.
- Someone who is approachable with a friendly and warm disposition, dedicated to offering our guests an enjoyable experience from their first contact with our dealership.
- Someone who is well suited to working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Someone who has a can-do attitude and excellent computer skills.
Some responsibilities may include:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Managing incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding their service and vehicle progress.
- Collaborate with technicians and the service department to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
- Working with the team to ensure the service provided goes above and beyond industry satisfaction benchmarks.

The hours for this position are flexible, part-time or full-time applicants will be considered.
