Our client is a leading accounting firm located in beautiful offices in the heart of Sydney CBD. They are looking for a personable receptionist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an award-winning, mid-tier AFR top 100 firm.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in delivering outstanding client services in a fast-paced environment while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for clients and guests.
- Answering and directing all incoming calls.
- Email correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
- Organise mail and keep on top of stock control for office supplies.
- Scanning & filing accordingly.
- Assist with organising functions/events.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- 12 months similar experience working in an accounting practice.
- Currently undertaking or a completed Certificate in Business Administration (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and build rapport.
- Polished phone etiquette.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
